In many accounting systems the results of a stock take are entered item by item. Meier Pollard have customers with tens of thousands of product lines where this approach to stock results would be a huge clerical effort. One customer used to take months to enter stock results in this way into an old accounting system.

The results from an Inrax stock take can be uploaded from a file in a batch. Stock item details may be downloaded for the stock take for use in a spreadsheet to enter the stock results, or perhaps a scanning device. The completed results can then be fed up to Inrax once again.
