The OLAP Sales report is an extremely flexible tool for analysing sales by stock item, stock group, counterparty, counterparty group, location or sales region (postcode or county). You have control over the report content, search criteria and presentation including sorting on the column of your choice. The report includes Turnover, Cost of Sales, Gross Margin, Units Sold and other values. The report must be enabled within the Access Group editor and appears as a new button in the Reports folder. Refer to the user manual for full details.
The contents of any browse window may now be copied so that the data can be pasted directly into a document or spreadsheet. This new feature is found under the Edit menu of all browse windows.
Gross totals have been added to transaction windows for the whole transaction and for each row.
VAT no. is now omitted from reports for non-VAT registered organisations.
