Inrax Client Prices
Inrax is provided as a service, hosted by Meier Pollard and accessible to you via the Inrax client software. The service is charged as a flat monthly fee, payable by
Standing Order. There are no separate "modules" to purchase, all functionality is included, regardless of your price option; the exception is a charge per web site from the Medium Volume level upwards. There is no tie in period unless you opt for a managed service (see below). There is no charge per seat / user, all options have unlimited users.

* Maximum Transactions Per Month
One transaction is an Order, Goods In/Out/Returned, Invoice, Payment, Credit Note or General transaction entered into Inrax. The Resource Use report may be run to view the number of transactions entered during each of the last three months, the average of which is used to determine your level. Organisations with very high transaction volumes should get in touch to discuss their requirements.
** Maximum Disk Space
Under normal use an organisation with up to 50,000 stock items and up to 2,500 transactions a month for a year will not exceed 10M disk space. However, Inrax also supports uploading of documents and hence this limit is specified. The Resource Use report may be run to view disk space currently used.
*** Support
We endeavour to respond to all email requests on the same (working) day and in any case no longer than two working days. The support covers installation and operating problems where the product does not appear to behave as described in the manual. We have a very fast turn-around in releasing new features and fixes and updates are automatically incorporated whenever you connect. The two lower price bands are limited to 10 support incidents a year.

Free web sites have a limit of 200M bandwidth per month. For higher bandwidth use, see Web Site Pricing below.
Following a switch to a higher price band you may not switch back to a lower band within 12 months of use.

Web Server Secure Certificates
Meier Pollard are an official reseller for Thawte SSL cerficates which we recommend for use on Inrax ecommerce web sites. Web server certificates are not mandatory as the credit card processing is handled in a separate domain (such as a Worldpay domain) which is itself secure. However, some PC security software that your potential customers may be using can block web page data entry that is not secure which will block the normal web shop checkout procedure. Requesting and installing certificates involves administrative and technical overheads; we charge for the certificates and processing at the rates shown below. For other options, please get in touch.

Inrax Server
Purchasing the Inrax server software from Meier Pollard removes your per-organisation costs, allowing you to host multiple organisations on your own server installation. This may be applicable if you wish to sell Inrax to your own clients or other organisations, or if you wish to provide a service for a cooperative or it may be that you require your organisation's data to be held internally on your own servers. Running your own server requires a suitable site with appropriate security arrangements, fast dedicated internet access, suitable hardware and some technical know-how. Meier Pollard sells and provides support for such installations, please call to discuss your options.
Bespoke Development
Meier Pollard welcome requests you may have for bespoke development work on the Inrax product. We will generally quote a fixed price for work and may need to charge for analysis for more complex requirements.
